MIDTOWN, NY — Work has wrapped up at the latest addition to Brookfield Properties Manhattan West complex.

Also revealed is a sculpture by Charles Ray called "Adam and Eve" outside of the building, depicting an oversized elderly couple, according to New York YIMBY.
Legal heavyweights Cravath, Swaine & Moore are current anchor tenants, according to reports that they committed to occupying 350,000 square feet in 2019.

And they're not the only legal bigwigs to sign a lease. Last year, Brookfield announced that international law firm Clifford Chance would lease 144,000 square feet across four floors in the tower, according to The Real Deal.
Manhattan West, called an "iconic Placemaking destination" by owner Brookfield, contains over 6 million square feet of office space, 844 residential units, 164 hotel rooms and 200,000 square feet of retail across six buildings, according to its website.
The $5 billion complex is located between West 31st and 33rd streets between Ninth and Tenth avenues, and required the construction of a 2.6 acre platform over the LIRR train yard leading into Moynihan Train Hall.
