UES Creep Sexually Assaults Woman On Quiet Street, Police Say
Police are looking for a man seen on video pulling down a woman's shirt and putting his mouth on her breast as she walked in Yorkville.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A man sexually assaulted a woman on a quiet Yorkville block earlier this summer, according to police, who released video Friday showing the disturbing incident.
The 22-year-old woman was walking down East 89th Street between First and Second avenues on June 28 shortly before midnight, when the unidentified man ran up behind her, police said.
The man then pulled the woman's blouse down from her shoulders and placed his mouth on her left breast before fleeing to an unknown location, police said.

The woman declined medical attention.

Police on Friday released surveillance video showing the attack, as well as another image showing the suspect, described as a roughly 30-year-old man who is about 6 feet tall, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, light-colored blue jeans, a black baseball cap, a black backpack and black sneakers.
