2 Shot On UWS Sunday, Police Say

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Two people were shot on Amsterdam Avenue on Sunday evening, New York City Police Department officials said.

According to the NYPD, the two were shot at around 7:43 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 92nd Street and Amsterdam Avenue. The victims are ages 16 to 20, police said.

Both were taken to local hospitals in stable condition, police said.

No arrests have been made yet but the investigation is underway, police said.
