UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — An arrest has been made after a man attempted to rape an 18-year-old woman on the Upper West Side.

Isaiah Benjamin, 23, was arrested Wednesday and charged with attempted rape, sex abuse, forcible touching, and public lewdness, police said.

The arrest comes one day after NYPD sent out a longer video of Benjamin walking on a train platform, police said.

The charges stem from an incident on Sunday, when a man followed a woman from the 125th Street "2" station, before exposing himself and grabbing her pants as the train pulled into 72nd Street the station, police said.

A Good Samaritan stepped in, though, and the woman was able to flee to another train car, police said.
