The store will close on Feb. 18.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — High-end retailer Barneys New York will close its Upper West Side location this month, according to reports.

The 10,000-square-foot store, located at 2151 Broadway between West 75th and 76th streets, is set to close on Feb. 18, Commercial Observer reported. Barneys decided to close the store several years before its lease expires in 2023.

"Barneys New York has enjoyed serving the community on the Upper West Side for over a decade. We sincerely appreciate the loyalty of our customers, and we look forward to continuing to serve them at our Madison, Downtown and Brooklyn locations," a company spokeswoman told Commercial Observer in a statement.
