Girl, 15, Groped On The 1 Train, Police Say
The girl was getting off the uptown 1 train at Columbus Circle at 7:55 a.m. on Tuesday when it happened.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A 15-year-old girl was groped while getting off the 1 train at Columbus Circle on Tuesday, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, the girl was getting off the uptown 1 train at Columbus Circle at 7:55 a.m. when a man grabbed her buttocks as she got off the train.
The perpetrator stayed on the train, authorities said.

The perpetrator is approximately 5-foot-10 and between 35 and 40 years old, with a brown beard, officials said.
The man was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, white sneakers, and carrying a grey backpack, police said. No arrests have been made yet, police said.
