Gunfire Injures Woman In Manhattan, Police Say
Medics took the victim to Mount Sinai Morningside.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A 55-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet on the Upper West Side Thursday night, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, the woman was shot in the hip at 8:42 p.m. near West 108th Street and Central Park West by a man who fled the scene.
Police believe the man was aiming for someone else, and the woman was a bystander, ABC 7 New York reported.

Medics took the victim to Mount Sinai Morningside in stable condition. She is expected to recover, police said.
The investigation is underway, and no arrests have been made yet, police said.
