Harry's Shoes Reopens Under New Management: Report
The iconic Upper West Side institution is finding its footing again.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — After six months closed, Harry's Shoes has officially reopened on the Upper West Side, according to the West Side Rag.
The name of the iconic West Side institution, as well as its location on Broadway and West 83rd Street, have stayed the same, but the owner — a company called Sole Provisions — is new.
Sole Provisions, which specializes in comfort footwear, runs 22 other shoe stores around the United States, including Pegasus Footwear, according to its website.

Harry's Shoes, which has been in business for the past 90 years, reopened on Aug. 15, according to West Side Rag.
Holden Nagelberg, the owner of Sole Provisions, told the West Side Rag he focused on making updates to the store that support his customers, like making the return policy more flexible and adding new inventory.

"This is by far the biggest investment we’ve ever made in a store," Nagelberg told the West Side Rag.
