Here are those projects:
- $2.5 million for the repair of one of the two staircases at 105th Street
- $3.5 million for a bathroom at the Discovery Playground near West 163rd Street (Generally thought of within Fort Washington Park, but an area that the Riverside Park Conservancy still oversees and included in its email.)
- $750,000 for the repair of the stairs at 78th Street
- $1 million toward future improvements at Dinosaur Playground (Between 97th and 98th Streets)
These funds are in addition to the recent allocations from the city of $348 million to address the deterioration of the overbuild within Riverside Park from 72nd to 123rd Streets and $11.5 million for the repair of drainage infrastructure from 108th to 116th Streets.

"Of course, the Park still has a long list of needs to be met — from bathrooms and pathways, to stairs, playgrounds, monuments and habitat restoration — but these major public investments are critical to improving the Park for generations to come," reads an email from Daniel Garodnick, the President and CEO of the Riverside Park Conservancy.
