Jacob's Pickles, Popular UWS Spot, Opening In Moynihan Hall
The Upper West Side institution opened its second ever location on Monday in Moynihan Hall. Here's what to know.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — There are few more popular Upper West Side spots then Jacob's Pickles, and it opened its second-ever location on Monday in a world famous venue.
Jacob's Pickles, which has its neighborhood location at 509 Amsterdam Ave., opened an outpost within Moynihan Hall, offering up chicken, biscuits, doughnut breakfast sandwiches, pickles, and more.
Multiple restaurants have opened in Moynihan Hall in recent weeks, including EAK Ramen and Davey's Ice Cream.

Jacob's Pickles launched on the Upper West Side in late 2011.
"Everything we do is about bringing good food to good people," the restaurant's founder who is referred to only as Jacob writes on its website.

The owner of Jacob's Pickles also opened Maison Pickle in 2016.
"Building on his success, he set his sights back on the big apple and realized his dream of bringing food, drink and design to New York city-and is proud to be a part of how food is changing the face of the Upper West side scene," reads a blurb on the restaurant's website.
So, if you're looking for a taste of the Upper West Side when you're waiting for the train at Moynihan Hall, you now have an option.
