Victim, 66, Attacked On C Train On UWS, Police Say
The attack was unprovoked, police said.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Police are searching for a man who assaulted a 66-year-old on an uptown-bound C train near Central Park West and West 86th Street, New York City Police Department officials said on Wednesday.
According to the NYPD, a perpetrator struck a 66-year-old man in the face while aboard a C train on Jan. 8 at 4:15 p.m. before running away. The attack was unprovoked, police said.
The suspect the police are looking for was described as approximately 5-foot-10-inches tall, wearing a multi-colored jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers.
