Man Gropes Teen Girl On Upper West Side Subway Platform: NYPD
Police said a man grabbed a 16-year-old girl on an Upper West Side subway platform during her Wednesday evening commute.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A man groped a teenage girl on an Upper West Side subway platform during her Wednesday evening commute, police said.
The victim, a 16-year-old girl, was standing on an uptown No. 1 train platform at the 96th Street subway station around 7:45 p.m. when the assault occurred, police said.
A stranger walked up to the teen and suddenly grabbed her under her clothing, according to police.

The man, who was wearing a face mask, then fled on foot in an unknown direction, officials said
No injuries were reported and cops say the man is still being sought by investigators.

Police also released an image of a person they say is connected to the incident.
