Man Shot In Leg On Busy Upper West Side Highway: Police
Police say a 29-year-old man was shot in the leg while sitting in his car on Henry Hudson Parkway on Wednesday evening.
UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A man was shot in the leg while on a busy Upper West Side roadway early Wednesday evening, according to police officials.
The shooting started just after 6 p.m. when the 29-year-old victim was shot once in the right leg on the Henry Hudson Parkway near W. 108th Street, officials said.
Police sources said that the victim was behind the wheel when gunfire erupted, and the individual responsible for the shooting was also operating a vehicle.
