Man Shot In Upper West Side, Suspect At Large: NYPD
The shooting took place shortly before 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, police said.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - A man was shot in the Upper West Side by an unknown gunman Tuesday morning, authorities said.
The shooting took place near the intersection of Amsterdam Avenue and West 89th Street at around 1:25 a.m., a spokesperson for the New York Police Department told Patch.
The victim, identified as a 41-year-old man, suffered gunshot wounds to his shoulder blade and right buttocks, police said.

Medics transported him to St. Luke’s Hospital. He is expected to recover from his injuries.
A suspect is wanted in connection with the shooting, police said. A description of the person was not available Tuesday morning.
