Shots Fired On UWS Highway, Man Arrested Tuesday: Police
A police chase down the Henry Hudson Parkway Tuesday ended with cops arresting a person of interest, authorities said.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A man was cuffed after bullets flew along the Henry Hudson Parkway on the Upper West Side Tuesday afternoon, police told Patch.
Officers rushed towards the parkway near West 79th Street about 4 p.m. on a report of shots being fired, officials said.
They then chased a vehicle, police said — a chase that ended with a person of interest taken into custody.

An NYPD spokesperson said investigators have yet to share the name of the person in custody or if they had been charged, only adding that the police investigation remains ongoing.
The spokesperson also said it was not clear if the person was involved in the vehicle pursuit.
