Subway Groper Touches Woman At UWS Train Station: NYPD
Police reported that a man from the Upper West Side was arrested this week for a forcible touching incident on a train platform.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A 43-year-old man was arrested late last week after police say he groped a woman on a southbound A train platform in the Upper West Side.
Jermaine Longmire was apprehended by the Manhattan Special Victims Unit at about 6 p.m. on Thursday, accused of forcibly touching a 27-year-old woman who was waiting for the train, police said.
Longmire, who resides in a NYCHA building on West 104th Street between Columbus and Manhattan avenues, was arrested on similar charges on March 4 and last June, according to public records.

He entered a plea of not guilty in both of those cases.
