The pizzeria serves up classic New York-style slices along with square pieces and gluten-free personal pies. It is possibly best known for its crispy pepperoni.
"Our pizza chefs cook authentic NY style pizza with the freshest ingredients to those living in the city or people coming here for the very first time who have dreamed of trying a slice from a real New York pizzeria," reads an About section on Made In New York Pizza's website.

The location is expected to open in the next couple of months.
For any who might be interested, the location is also looking for a pizza maker.

William Greenberg Desserts: 285 Amsterdam Ave. (Replacing Jacques Torres)
Signage has been up for a couple of months now for William Greenberg Desserts at 285 Amsterdam Ave., between 73rd and 74th streets, but the opening is expected any week now.
It previously was expected to open in mid-July.

William Greenberg Desserts already has locations on the Upper East Side, in the Plaza Hotel Food Court on 59th Street, and in Hudson Yards.
It is particularly well-known for its black and white cookie, but the bakery serves up all types of desserts.
The opening is somewhat of a homecoming for William Greenberg Desserts, who operated a location on the Upper West Side into the 1990s.
It first opened in 1946 on the Upper East Side.

Haven UWS: 226 W. 79th St. (Replacing Burke & Wills)
Haven is a brand-new eatery from a new restaurant eatery owner, Brian Staub, which will serve up high-end American food.
It is replacing Burke & Wills, a popular Australian restaurant that served customers on West 79th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam since 2013.

It was previously reported that Haven planned on opening in June, but the space doesn't appear particularly close to being up and running.
The new restaurant will also have a full-service bar, and had its liquor license approved in February.
Patch will keep an eye out for an opening date.
