UWS Man With Dementia Found After Going Missing, Police Say

The 91-year-old man was reported missing over the weekend.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — An Upper West Side man suffering from dementia has returned home after being reported missing, the NYPD's 24th Precinct announced.

Constatino Giannaris was reported missing over the weekend after being last seen Friday, April 26 at his home on West 108th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues, police said. Around 3:55 p.m. Monday the NYPD's 24th precinct announced that Giannaris was found and is "home safe."

The 91-year-old man takes medication every day, police said.
