Upper West Side Man Has Been Missing For Almost A Month, Police Say
Police asked for help finding 26-year-old Drexyll Tolstoy, who went missing at the end of September.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — An Upper West Side man has been missing for almost a month, according to police, who asked the public for help finding him.
Drexyll Tolstoy, 26, was last seen on Sept. 26 around 9:25 p.m. near 39 W. 32nd St., police said.
The address is the location of Black Fish Tattoo, which appears in a bio for an Instagram page that seems to belong to Tolstoy.

Police describe him as white, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 150 pounds, with a thin build, brown hair, green eyes, a goatee, and tattoos on both arms.
He was last seen wearing a black and blue baseball hat, a white t-shirt, black skinny jeans, and camouflage pattern Nike sneakers.
