UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A new veterinarian's office will open this fall on the ground floor of a recently constructed luxury building on the Upper West Side.

Bond Vet, which has locations across the city, signed a 2,000-square-foot lease at The Westly building at 251 W. 91st St (off the corner of the west side of Broadway), multiple real estate development companies announced on Wednesday.

“Bond Vet is the perfect addition to The Westly providing residents with another amenity that caters to their furry friends,” said Omri Sachs, co-founder of Adam America Real Estate, in a news release. “The Westly not only offers residents generous amenities but also an unbeatable location between Central and Riverside Parks"

The new vet's office will be open to the public, not just the residents of the building.

Bond Vet joined another recently opened vet's office on the Upper West Side called Small Door, which opened its own practice on Columbus Avenue between West 92nd and 93rd streets in June.
