Perfecto and Telio are both owned by Yianni Berbeis, who told ILoveTheUpperWestSide in October that its landlord was raising the rent from $20,000 a month to $39,000 a month.
There are rumors that Berbeis will look to move Telio to a new address on the Upper West Side.
The closure will leave a major vacancy on the Broadway block.

The popular glasses store will open its second Upper West Side location between West 80th and 81st streets in 2023.
The spectacles store will be replacing a Flying Tiger location, which closed all of its outposts in the fall of 2020.
Warby Park is known for selling top-quality glasses for affordable prices. Its other neighborhood location is at 185 Columbus Ave.
