Woman Jumps To Her Death Inside Time Warner Center: NYPD

Police found a suicide note at the scene, a NYPD spokesman told Patch.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A 54-year-old woman jumped to her death inside the Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle early Wednesday morning, an NYPD spokesman told Patch.

At around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday morning, the woman jumped from a spot on the third floor of the popular indoor shopping center onto the ground floor, the spokesman said.

She was taken to Roosevelt Hospital and pronounced dead, police said.

Police found a suicide note at the scene "indicating her intention," the spokesman said. An investigation is underway.
