It is the second woman sexually attacked on the Upper West Side in the last week, as a woman was assaulted by an e-bike rider on July 16 near Central Park West and West 82nd Street, police said.
The NYPD linked the e-bike rider Wednesday to two other recent sexual assaults. Police did not say, though, that the attack that happened Wednesday morning was connected.
