Zabar's Opening Holiday Pop-Up Showroom On UWS: Details Revealed

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Zabar's will open a holiday pop-up show room for a brief period on the Upper West Side.

The iconic neighborhood deli will be opening the Zabar's Gift Showroom at 2276 Broadway, on the corner of West 82nd Street and Broadway, in the former home of the recently shuttered Laytner's Linen & Home.

The showroom will have apparel, gift baskets, and the "best of what Zabar's has to offer."

The showroom will run for 10 days from Dec. 14 to Dec. 24.

The space will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on Dec. 18 and Dec. 24, when it will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Along with the items on display, customers can expect appearances from prominent New Yorkers, including New York Nico, Alysia Reiner of "Orange is the New Black" and "Ms. Marvel," New York Times best-selling author Jake Cohen, and representatives from the internet lifestyle brand "Old Jewish Men."

The Zabar's pop-up showroom explains the deli's signage that went up at the 82nd Street storefront during the last week of November.

Zabar's has its sole storefront at the corner of West 80th Street and Broadway, which has operated on the Upper West Side since 1934.
