Over 40 of the most service-minded juniors were inducted into National Honor Society, bringing the total number of members up to 123 for the 2010-11 school year.
Students who were selected for membership have maintained a cumulative unweighted grade point average of 90 percent or better, have shown active participation in community service, and have demonstrated qualities of leadership, strength in character and citizenship.
“Induction into National Honor Society celebrates those students who are stellar, academically, and possess formidable qualities that make them true role models,” said Seaford Superintendent Brian Conboy. “We are proud to witness these deserving students achieve this honor.”
