Joseph J Kozak of Wantagh at 91

Joseph J Kozak of Wantagh died on Oct. 28. He was 91.

Kozak was born in Perth Amboy, NJ. He is the son of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Rujak) Kozak.

Kozak is survived by his wife Lydia, children Kenneth(Christiane) and Janet Kulis(Frank), grandchildren Kimberly, Lindsey, Alexandra, Jean-Pierre and great granddaughter Natalie.

Funeral services for Kozak were held at in  Wantagh followed by interment at Calverton National Cemetery.
