Lena R. Cannataro of Wantagh at 85

Lena R. Cannataro of Wantagh died on Dec. 18. She was 85.

Cannataro was born in Calabria, Italy. She is the daughter of the late Pietro and Giovannina (Perrota) Miniaci. She was pre-deceased by her brothes  Santo Miniaci and Aldo Miniaci. 

Cannataro is survived by son Peter F. (Maria), granddaughter Elisa Wilkens (Brian), grandson Antonio Cannataro and fiance Kerrie Quail, brother Frank Miniaci, and sister Gloria Slavin (Peter).

A funeral service was held at in Wantagh followed by entombment in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale.
