Save money and access high quality services and resources with your library card! September is National Library Card Sign-up Month.

Fight inflation, save money, use your library! September is National Library Card Sign-up Month and the perfect time to get or renew your library card. The Wantagh Public Library offers Wantagh School District residents a way to save money and access high quality services and resources with a library card.
Public libraries offer more to their communities than ever before. In addition to the print collections and story times that families love, the Wantagh Public Library also provides access to free ebooks, free admission to participating museums, discounted tickets to the Long Island Aquarium, book discussions, exercise classes and more! People just need a library card to unlock these resources.
Many of these resources can also be accessed outside of the library. Download the Libby app to access ebooks, audiobooks, magazines, documentaries, and concerts. Streaming entertainment apps like Hoopla can be watched on mobile devices or installed on a smart TV. Other resources include Tutor.com, which connects users to live homework help, and interactive language learning from Pronunciator.
