Crime Report: Vehicles Keyed at OTB, Assault, DWI

The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department Seventh Precinct . A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

• Two people at the OTB on 3340 Sunrise Hwy, in Wantagh reported to police on April 26 that their vehicles were keyed. One vehicle was keyed along the driver side and the other on the passenger side.
• On April 30, John M Driscoll, 20 of Seaford was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, first-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
• On May 2, Jessica L Cousins, 28 of Uniondale was arrested on Wantagh Avenue near Homestead Avenue in Wantagh and charged with driving while intoxicated and two vehicle and traffic law violations.
