The pool complex will get a redesign for future generations who visit Jones Beach.
Also part of the park system's centennial, State Parks will convert an abandoned pool complex into a destination spray park. It will have a "Learn to Swim" feature for children and inexperienced swimmers to stay safe in a smaller, controlled environment.
