March 10: School Board Meetings, Special Starbucks Offer, Open Houses

1. The National Weather Service says rain is likely for the Wantagh-Seaford area today with a high temperature of around 46 degrees.

2. The Wantagh Board of Education will be holding its regular monthly meeting at  starting at 8 p.m.

3. The Seaford Board of Education is holding a workshop meeting where the proposed budget will be discussed starting at 7:30 p.m. at .

4. From today through Saturday, Starbucks Coffee if offering free treats with the purchase of a beverage in honor of the company's 40th anniversary. There is no Starbucks in Wantagh or Seaford but you can head over to the coffee chain's nearby  or  locations to take advantage of this special offer.
