The Seaford waterfront will soon have some new residents thanks to a planned development featuring 11 luxury homes on Ocean Avenue.

A broker open house that will showcase a recently completed Oceans Cove model home is scheduled for this Thursday from noon to 3 p.m. at 3644 Ocean Ave. The homes will have views of .
“Every home has panoramic views of the beach,” said Debra Schnepf, Director of Business Developments for Prudential Douglas Ellman Real Estate, which is serving as the real estate agent for the new Seaford development. “It is a beautiful location.”

Schnepf said one home has already been sold, which is still under construction, and there is interest in two others planned for the site. The Oceans Cove homes, which are described as having "heaven on earth views”, will be constructed as they are sold, said Schnepf.
Some features of the new Seaford homes will include a master suite with balcony, an attached two-car garage with interior access and private wood decks. Prices of the homes are being advertised between $919,000 to $979,000.

president Ken Jacobsen said the new Ocean Cove development will be a positive for the community both economically and in boosting enrollment for the Seaford School District.
“It is going to help the tax base,” said Jacobson.
