PHOTOS: A Sneak Peak at Planned Seaford Luxury Home Development

A broker open house was held last week to showcase a new development of luxury homes on the Seaford waterfront.

The new community called Oceans Cove being developed by Eric Schwartz, Joe Johns and Bobby Brahms will feature luxury homes next to the . The open house allowed real estate brokers a chance to view a recently completed Oceans Cove model home.

Some features of the new Seaford homes being built on Ocean Avenue include a master suite with balcony, an attached two-car garage with interior access and private wood decks. Prices of the homes are being advertised between $919,000 to $979,000.
