Six of 10 planned houses at Villa Park Estates on Harland Road occupied.
The Pironi Homes at Villa Park Estates project in Seaford is nearing completion a decade after building applications were first filed for the luxury development on Harland Road.
Six of the 10 planned houses located off Washington Avenue near the corner of Jerusalem Avenue are completed and sold, according to Silvana Bosco, listing agent for the homes. Bosco said she hopes to have the other three homes sold and constructed by the spring. There is also a model house currently being shown to prospective buyers that will also be sold.
“I can’t wait to complete it,” said Bosco, who is the wife of Pironi Homes owner Angelo Pironi. “It’s very exciting.”

Financing for the Villa Park Estates project was initially provided by Madison National Bank, which was acquired by FNBNY Bancorp. in 2010. Following the acquisition, Pironi began utilizing Community National Bank as its financial partner.
“Since we’ve been in business for so long, we didn’t have any problem switching banks,” said Bosco referring to Franklin Square-based Pironi Homes, which was founded in 2001.
Bosco said the Villa Park Estates homes have been selling thus far between $650,000 and $755,000. She said all but one of the six sold homes have been bought by Seaford residents looking to relocate but expects the additional available houses to be attractive to families in other communities as well.
“It’s in a great town with a very good school district close to a highway and train station,” said Bosco of the location of Villa Park Estates across from . “It’s got everything you would want in purchasing a property.”
