Investor Buys $92M Worth Of Washington Heights Buildings: Report

Avi Dishi just bought 10 buildings in Washington Heights for nearly $100 million. Here's where they are located.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — It is not every day a person or company buys 10 buildings in Washington Heights for nearly $100 million, but that is exactly what real estate investor Avi Dishi did recently in Upper Manhattan.

Dishi purchased the 10 uptown buildings from Cammeby's International Group for $92.2 million, reported The Real Deal.

  • 400 Audubon Avenue
  • 403 Audubon Avenue
  • 407 Audubon Avenue
  • 90 Laurel Hill Terrace
  • 110 Laurel Hill Terrace
  • 497 West 182nd Street
  • 501 West 184th Street
  • 556 West 185th Street
  • 480 West 187th Street

In total, the buildings hold 407 residential units across 377,540 square feet, as well as four commercial units and leasing agreements with Yeshiva University, reported The Real Deal.

The Real Deal added that the biggest building of the 10is the 87 unit property at 90 Laurel Hill Terrace, which sold for $20.5 million.

Dishi has been a longtime figure in Upper Manhattan real estate, recently purchasing a shopping center in Florida.

In October 2021, he spent around $10 million on six buildings in Harlem.
