Man Photographs Up Woman's Skirt On Inwood Train, Police Say
The creep stuck his phone underneath a woman's skirt on a 1 train heading to the West 215th Street station.

INWOOD, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man wanted for unlawful surveillance after photographing up a woman's skirt while the two were on board a subway train traveling through Inwood, police said.
A 28-year-old woman was riding a northbound 1 train on Friday, June 8 when she noticed another passenger place his phone underneath her skirt, police said. When the train arrived at the West 215th Street station the unknown man got off the train and fled the station, police said.
The woman was able to get a photo of the man (seen above) who she says took the violating photo of her. The man is described as being in his 20s or 30s with black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray pants, police said.
