Man Pulled 8 Robberies in Washington Heights, The Bronx: NYPD
Officials are searching for the individual and no arrests have been made.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, N.Y.— Police are searching for a man responsible for eight robberies in Washington Heights and the Bronx.
The robberies occurred within the confines of the 33, 34, and 44 Precinct beginning in March, with the latest incident reported earlier this month, police said.
The first reported incident took place on March 15 at around 5 p.m. in the vicinity of Edgecombe Avenue and West 167 Street, police said. Two unidentified individuals approached a 35-year-old man, one of them gestured that he was carrying a firearm, and said, "give me your key and bike".

The two men proceeded to take the man’s bicycle and flee, police said.
Two days later, on at about 8:06 p.m., in the vicinity of University Avenue and West 170 Street, a 23-year-old man was robbed by the same two individuals, police said. The two men grabbed the victim's shoulder and proceeded to punch him in the face.

They then said, give me all you have, we have a gun". The individuals took an electric bicycle, $30.00, and Air-Pods. They both fled on the stolen electric bicycle toward University Avenue, police said.
The next five robberies took place in Washington Heights within the same week beginning on March 18 to March 24, police said.
In these incidents, the two individuals stole multiple electric bicycles, Airpods and over $1,300.
In one case, an individual told a victim “give me your bike or I will shoot you" and in another incident a victim was told "give me your stuff or you will regret it,” police said.
The final incident, on April 6, happened at about 5:20 p.m. in the vicinity of Edgecombe Avenue and West 165 Street, police said.
Two unknown individuals on a dark blue moped approached the victim and told him Spanish "give me your coat" while flashing a gun and then fled southbound on Edgecombe Avenue, police said.
One of the sought individuals was last seen wearing a dark colored ski mask, bright colored sweatshirt, black pants, with black sneakers, police said.
