The building is set to have 120 units, with a 30-foot-long yard at the back of the development, and 51 enclosed parking spaces.
The size of the units will "most likely" be around 927 square feet, according to the publication New York Yimby.

There is currently a three-story building at the address, but demolition permits were filed with the city for it in 2019. It's unclear when the demolition process for the building would start or when the new building is expected to be finished.
The Washington Heights street where the new development is proposed to go is completely residential and has no buildings over 10 stories high.
