WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — For better or worse, Washington Heights was just named one of the 10 best neighborhoods for buyers in New York City.

StreetEasy recently published a ranking of the "Top 10 Buyers' Markets in NYC Right Now," which includes 10 neighborhoods where people looking for a new home in the five boroughs could score a deal.
