New Eataly To Open Near West Village: Report
The new Eataly — Manhattan's third location — is set to open in late November in Soho, the New York Times reports.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — A new Eataly is opening soon just blocks from the West Village, according to reports.
Located at Lafayette and Broome streets in SoHo, the new spot — the third Eataly in Manhattan — will be more restaurant than food market and will focus on a 200-seat dining room and bar, according to the New York Times.
The other half of the roughly 20,000-square-foot space will offer an all-day cafe with coffee and pastries with table service, as well as breakfast foods and lite eats, the Times reported.

In a change, the grocery market will not contain the familiar dining counters found other Eataly's, but will still offer a butcher, pizzeria and all of the specialty items, like pastas, sauces and oils — some in Eataly's new private label, the Times says, while produce and fresh food will all be pre-packaged.
The company told the Times that in addition to the new SoHo store, the company is prepared to open 20 new Eatalys around North America, and will expand their Flatiron store next spring.
