🌱 4th LI Tornado Was In WH + Most Expensive Zip Codes In USA

Happy Tuesday, people of Westhampton-Hampton Bays! Here's everything you need to know today in town.

Westhampton has been named the official site of Saturday's fourth tornado. The rankings of the country's most expensive zip codes include a few from the South Fork, including one west of the Shinnecock canal.

Here are the top stories in Westhampton-Hampton Bays today:

1. The official number of tornadoes that touched down on Long Island Saturday is now at four: Levittown, East Islip, Shirley and Westhampton. The touchdown here was between Westhampton and Remsenburg. (Patch)
2. Lisa Finn at Patch shows off an impressive house for sale in Westhampton Beach: 35 Homans Ave. is asking $9,500,000 and has over 5,000 square feet and six beds and baths. (Patch)
3. Hedges checks out this year's list from Property Shark of the most expensive zip codes in the nation. The only Long Island spot in the top 10, Sagaponack, dropped from number two to number three this year. Water Mill was #13 and Bridgehampton went from seventh in 2020 to 31st in 2021.
