A local man was arrested for DWI after he was seen driving recklessly in Hampton Bays. Check out a home for sale with sunset views. And the empty Walmart in Riverhead will soon become a new store.

1. Lisa Finn at Patch reports that a Center Moriches man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Hampton Bays Saturday. Around 3:10 p.m. on Montauk Highway, Miguel A. Pirir, 24, was seen driving west in a "reckless and erratic manner." (Patch)

4. Patch tells us that after years of vacancy, the former Walmart space on Old Country Road in Riverhead will soon house a Restaurant Depot store. The space is at 765 Old Country Road. (Patch)
