South Fork Wind, New York’s first offshore wind farm, has announced it received its Record of Decision from the U.S. Department of the Interior, successfully reaching a critical milestone in the federal environmental review, a step toward full approval. The off-Montauk site is expected to begin operations in 2023. (LongIsland.com)
