Man Charged With DWI After Rollover Crash In East Quogue: Police
The crash took place Friday night.
EAST QUOGUE, NY — A Flanders man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a rollover crash in East Quogue Friday night, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, the incident took place at 8:15 p.m.; Southampton Town police received a call regarding a single motor vehicle that went off the roadway, struck a pole and then overturned while southbound on County Road 104 by Woodleigh Place, authorities said.
Southampton Town Police responded and upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, Freddy Martinez, 19, was found to have operated his motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol, authorities said.

No injuries were reported, police said.
Martinez was arrested and brought to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing; he was charged with one count of misdemeanor DWI, police said. He was held overnight to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court for morning arraignment.
