Man Charged With Felony DWI In Hampton Bays: Police
He was arrested Saturday night, police say.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated Saturday night, police said.
Klever BarreraHoyos, 38, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. after a passing motorist contacted the Southampton Town police to report a vehicle in the roadway on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays, authorities said.
BarreraHoyos was arrested and charged with felony DWI due to a prior conviction, as well as numerous traffic infractions, police said.

He was processed at Southampton Town police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
