Manorville Man Dies After Being Struck By Car Wednesday Morning: PD
The man was struck by a Porsche as he was attempting to cross Route 111, police say.
MANORVILLE, NY — A man died after being struck by a car in Manorville early Wednesday, police said.
According to Suffolk County police, the incident took place on Route 111, just north of Chapman Boulevard, at about 5:40 a.m.
Thomas Regan, 64, of Manorville, was crossing Route 111, just north of Chapman Boulevard, when he was struck by a northbound 2024 Porsche, driven by a 58-year-old East Hampton man, police said.

Regan was pronounced dead at the scene; the East Hampton man was not injured, police said. No charges were filed, and the Porsche was impounded for a safety check, police said.
