Seven Beach Lane Opens Doors In Westhampton Beach

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY— Seven Beach Lane, an exclusive new boutique hotel that opened recently at the site of the longtime Grassmere Inn, "is poised to redefine luxury in the heart of Westhampton Beach," according to owners.

Opening its doors in August, the meticulously restored upscale property "promises an intimate escape where history meets modern indulgence."

Embracing its local roots, Seven Beach Lane offers a haven of tranquility steeped in Westhampton Beach's heritage. The thoroughly renovated three-story building features 16 guest rooms and suites, including a two-bedroom penthouse at treetop level with an expansive balcony, fireplace and views of Westhampton Beach village.

Each room features views of the pool and garden, along with a host of luxurious amenities.

Seven Beach Lane's culinary program showcases innovative menus that change with the season of the East End. Ingredients are locally sourced from the farms and the sea including Balsam Farms, Early Girl Farm, Catapano Dairy Farm, Amagansett Sea Salt and more. The breakfast menu includes a Soft Scramble with Black Summer Truffle, Lemon Whipped Ricotta Toasted Brioche, and house-made sausages, jams and hot sauces. Lunch will feature a Beach Burger topped with Mecox Bay Dairy, Fresh Montauk Calamari and “The Best Fish Tacos You’re Gonna Get” with Dayboat Porgy, Shredded Kale, Kohlrabi Watermelon Radish, Salsa Verde and Roasted Jalapeno Lime Crema.

Dinner menu highlights include broiled Peconic Gold Oysters with a French Garlic Sausage, Mecox Cheese and Cured Meats, Hudson Canyon Tuna Carpaccio, Royal Red Shrimp Bucatini with Little Neck Clams, Dry Aged Wagyu Strip and Pan Roasted Montauk Black Sea Bass.

Guests can unwind before or after dinner in the indoor and outdoor lounges, where handcrafted cocktails and a curated wine list by an in-house sommelier await.

The hotel's fitness and wellness programs include group classes, private sessions and contrast therapies — as well as a heated saltwater pool and outdoor sauna, and the chance to "invigorate yourself with a cold plunge." A range of indoor and outdoor fitness classes are available, including yoga, HIIT, and resistance training, with fitness coaches catering to all levels.

Seven Beach Lane is less than one mile away from iconic Rogers Beach.
