'Taylor' Sushi Suite Set To Debut In 'Secret' Westhampton Beach Spot

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — A brand-new and "secret" sushi experience is set to debut in Westhampton Beach.

"Taylor" Sushi Suite will be unveiled on May 19. "Sushi Suite offers a luxurious secret sushi experience hidden within a discrete location and will be opening within Sydney’s ‘Taylor’ Made Cuisine, a local favorite in Westhampton Beach," a release said.

The eatery is set to be the most hidden in the Hamptons. Located at a refurbished farmhouse just off of Main Street, the Sushi Suite location will be hidden through the space at Taylor Made behind an unmarked door with a keypad and code that’s unlocked with a reservation.

"What lies behind is the Hamptons ‘best kept secret’ and a sushi lover’s dream with a fully transformed office-turned restaurant experience," the release said. "The intimate 8-seat sushi counter will offer guests their own private chef for 60 minutes with a guided omakase to include 17-courses for $150 per person."

Hours of operation will be Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with reservations required for entry.
