WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — Westhampton Beach High School student athletes have once again made their hometown proud.

The New York State Public High School Athletic Association has named Westhampton Beach High School a Scholar-Athlete School of Distinction for the 2024 to 2025 school year.

To earn the recognition, 100 percent of the school’s varsity athletic teams were required to hold a GPA above 90 percent, the district said.

Westhampton Beach is among 110 schools to receive the noteworthy designation.
