Assault, Criminal Mischief Reported in Local Police Blotter

Arrests and incidents reported by the Third Precinct of the SCPD between Nov. 3-10.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.  A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • On Nov. 3, Mark Minicozzi, of West Islip, was arrested in Hauppauge and charged with grand larceny.
  • On Nov. 5, David Kay, of N. Babyon, was arrested in West Islip and charged with assault.
  • On Nov. 6, Alejandro Morales, of West Islip, was arrested in Lindenhurst and charged with DWI.
  • On Nov. 8, Joseph Gervasio, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal sale of narcotics.

  • On Nov. 5, there was a report of harassment on Tommey Road at 6 p.m.
  • On Nov. 6, there was a report of burglary on Alinda Ave at 11 a.m.
  • On Nov. 6, there was a report of aggravated harassment on Everdell Ave at 4 a.m.
  • On Nov. 7, there was a report of criminal mischief on Keith Lane at 3 a.m.
